When we arrived, they had our reservation, which is always a good sign. But we were immediately asked if we wanted to upgrade to one of the newly remodeled rooms. The staff explained that the new rooms had new carpets, flat screen TV's etc. I guess...

The rooms were very clean and excellent room service including evening turn down and replace towels, etc. We had a King Suite and there was plenty of room and it included a jaccuzi tub. The mattress was the most comfortable that I have ever slept on....
