It seemed to be in a nice area although I did not go out in that area.Not worth the money. Our stay was not pleasant. We had to change rooms at midnight and were moved to a smaller room. The staff appear to be friendly, but when you ask them to do...

Clean room with nice bed sheets.They were not very knowledgeable about thing to do except were to shop and no pool or whirlpool. The hotel was a nice place to stay and comfortable I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Quiet.Poor air conditioning. The air conditioning in the rooms and hallways is the pits. You could barely fit one person in my bathroom. Select guests are supposed to receive free drinks in the morning. Happened one out of two nights.

Excellent
The beds and pillows are great.Parking costs, room did not get cleaned on second day. Hotel is very big and everything is within walking distance pnc park and Heinz field are only 15 minutes away.

Excellent staff, excellent room, perfect weekend.Nothing. I am a history buff and staying at a great hotel like the William Penn was a dream come true. Its really grand.
