Horrible
There was a poop stain on one of the bed's sheets, so I slept on the clean one. The room was drafty and cold. And the restaurant's was way too expensive for the poor selection.

This is my 2nd stay in the last 30 days and as always, the Omni distinguishes itself as a class act.
From the gracious service, complimentary upgrade (just by asking if one was available) to the refreshing the room (on top of cleaning it), I am a consummate Omni Fan and will be back in 3 weeks!

Okay
The Omni Shoreham is a luxury hotel situated in the Addams-Morgan district of Washington D.C. and a short walk from the Woodley-Zoo Park Metro Station. Given the descriptors of the Omni that I had read and given the service standard of the Omni...

I attended a conference held at this hotel. I will not be going back. The first night I had no room because the hotel was overbooked. The next night I was given a room which had had no freshening between guests--e.g., a multitude of hairs on the frayed sheets, depleted toiletries and filthy upholstered furniture. While I politely complained about room conditions to the front desk management, the room remained dirty and unattended for the rest of my stay.

The location was great. It was by a Metro station. The hotel really built on its nostalgia. The rooms were large and quiet. We stayed there for four nights and it was very enjoyable.
There were no children around us and that was what we were there for. The bathroom accessories were nice. We really enjoyed just being away.
I am very likely
to return to the Omni Shoreham Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
