I reserved a non-smoking room and called two days ahead of time to say that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, they placed me on a floor that smelled so bad that I couldn't even breathe getting to my room. I called the front desk to tell them that.

I learned to be more watchful of my luggage, especially when the bellman delivered it to the room. The bellman had left our bag at the first room he visited on the delivery trip and we did not notice it was gone until after he left for the day.

This hotel made me feel respected: After misdelivering the travel case, they went out of their way to assist in its recovery.

I attended Gen Con 2003 with a dozen friends in late July. Management had publicly stated that all gamers were welcome to use their meeting rooms and conference tables for gaming, but there were problems regarding that.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I enjoyed the comfortable room and the nearby features and businesses; the room was suited for doing business with a computer.

This hotel made me feel content: The room was very comfortable and quiet.

I liked the Omni and will stay in that particular property every time I visit Indy. I was not happy that the wireless Internet connection; it was not strong enough to permit me to work in my room. I had to resort to the lobby, which was less than ideal.

This hotel made me feel practical: I knew what a great deal I had on the room I had gotten, and that was very practical.
