Everything was great as far as the service, food, and setup. The issue is that Omni employees took our wedding gifts up to our room unbeknownst to us during the reception. My wife and I came back from our honeymoon to find out that we have missing cards, cards were open with a letter opener and cash and gift cards were stolen. Absolutely ridiculous. Trying to see if they will do something for us due to their employees lack of any morals. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I have stayed at the Omni a few times and it is in a great location. Beautiful lobby area. Two rooms that I've had were fair - somewhat small and the other was large while the price was the same. On one visit, the food service tray from the room's former occupant sat in the hall outside our room until sometime late in the night. Personally, I prefer the Hyatt slightly and the University Place hotel significantly to the Omni as I feel the later is trading a bit heavily on their name and letting their service lag.

They had poor service. We almost missed the wedding we were there to attend because their staff did not call cabs on time and they were unaccommodating once they realized their mistake.

It is a great hotel. I would recommend it to others.

It is a pretty hotel and it offers a consistent level of service. Some of the rooms have a chair with an ottoman, which makes it seem comfortable like home. It is a little tricky to get to due to lots of one way streets in the area. I wished they did not charge so much for valet parking. Other parking in Indianapolis is inexpensive.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was delighted to find an in room kit that I had not requested. It had weights, exercise bands and I was able to work out when I had not planned to.
