The first time I stayed at the Omni the people were very friendly. The other times they were not just 'not warm or friendly' they were rude. I don't think that there is any excuse for that at an expensive hotel.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room is clean and warm. The beds are so comfortable. It smells nice in the rooms and that is very important to me. I could relax because I had a cable modem in the room so I could work from there and communicate with my family. They had a nice tv.
