If you want a 5-star experience this is the place to stay! They have crystal soap dishes in the bathroom! They also have luxurious bedding, a very comfy king-size bed, a great sitting area, bright, and good lighting.

Take advantage of their Select Guest program for some extra no cost perks. Take the free (to guests) walking tour of Chinatown if it's still offered. Their service was exceptional in all areas. I never used my car the whole weekend - it's very easy to get anywhere from here; the cable cars stop just down the block. Their dining room and bar were very pricey, even for San Francisco.

I loved the hotel. It's very luxurious and very nice. It has large, clean, quiet rooms. It's in a very convenient location.

It's very comfortable and conveniently located to financial and area attractions. It has a great restaurant and staff. The toll-free technical support person was not familiar with OMNI internet access info and had to call up an on site technician to assist after spending an hour on the line.

The property is a very good upscale establishment. However, there is nothing special about the layout or decor of the property. It came across as very nice, but very bland to me.

This is one of the best hotel chains we have ever stayed with. They have a great staff, the rooms are clean and well designed. The frequent stay program is wonderful!

Honestly...this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had and this was my first time at an Omni. From the moment we walked into the reception to the moment we walked out the door two things really stood out...the service and the room. Everyone we encountered was very nice and seemed to really enjoy working at the property. The room reminded me of a Ritz Carlton or the St. Regis in DC. Plush furnishings, classic elegance, great bathroom. I really could not have been happier with my stay.

Additionally, I had left my cell phone in the room after check-out and upon my return the housekeeping staff was overly helpful and located my phone in the laundry room wrapped up in the sheets. Whew!.... thank goodness for the great service.

Travel tip: SF parking can be expensive but on the weekend we found St. Mary's parking garage one block away for only $6.50 a night. We quickly used the money we saved by splurging on the mini bar. Cheers!

It was a wonderful stay, the hotel was centrally located. The staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoy this hotel. I have a choice of two hotels for my job, the Omni is farther from my office than the other but I will choose it because the staff is so great. The desk staff was the same as my previous visit a half-year earlier, they even remembered my daughter traveling with me and had an activity package for her. When we noted there was no shampoo they brought it up within minutes. The service makes the difference.

This hotel made me feel practical: They remembered my family's needs, which counts for a lot. San Francisco was having a strike but the noise didn't come as far as the Omni as early in the morning.

The Omni San Francisco Hotel was a nice hotel. There was nothing bad about it, but nothing all that remarkable, either.

They told me one price at check in and it was another. Also the valet's parking ticket indicated 20. 00 per night and it turned out to be 42. 00 per night (which is insane) Omni was not willing to help me out with any of this. Other then that the hotel was gorgeous

They weren't very willing to charge the stay to the company account. They made me feel like a thief for asking to charge it back rather than on my personal account. My company is probably one of their biggest customers.

This hotel made me feel secure: They have security at the front desk and solid doors. I trusted that the cleaning staff wouldn't steal from my things. It is in a good safe part of town.

The only problem is that they do not have a restaurant at which you can get breakfast and being located in the financial district it is next to impossible to find something on the weekend.
