Oh man where do I begin? I chose this hotel because it was a package deal I would get tickets to Fiesta Texas and free breakfast and a kids pack. Never did get that kids pack....
Everything was great the first night. Loved the room and it was quiet. The next morning I noticed black spots in the bathtub but a used a towel and cleaned that up myself so that I could shower. The shower was stopped up, very very disgusting to have water in the tub like that. Called and got that cleaned up and all was well with the room. We went down to breakfast and we were impressed with the selection and the service since we didn't even head down until after 9am. The pool was also great and we were the only ones in it.
The second night there was a cheer leading group that stayed there and were extremely loud slamming doors, talking and just being teenagers, I let that go on until 10 and then decided to call the front desk to handle the situation. Called again at 1030, then 11 and I was offered another room but at 11 pm when you have a kid with you and are planning on going home the next morning it wasn't feasible. Called to complain again at 1130 and again at midnight, finally they said they would send security up there and finally about 1 am things settled down.
The next morning when I checked out I had them comp me for that night after much haggling and and refusal to pay for that night.
It was a great hotel for the most part and if they had put the people who were part of the group together instead of spreading them throughout the hotel it would have been much more pleasant.
