The indoor pool.The room temperature of the indoor pool area was a bit cool the first day. This was our third stay at the Omni in San Antonio. The convenient location, friendly staff and indoor pool always keep us coming back.

Staff was extremely nice.Hotel did not attempt to accommodate room requests. Hotel is nice but not a 4 star rating. Rooms are older and had a musty smell. Lobby and group accommodations were nice, but not 4 star. Updates are necessary.
