Top ratings for the decor, staff, restaurant, pool. Slightly smaller rooms than I would like but the location is the very best in the French Quarter! However, if you're looking for a very quiet place to sleep, this isn't it. Ask for an interior room with views of the courtyard to avoid the street sounds on the weekends.

The room was quite small. There was no desk and very ...

This is a larger hotel right in the middle of the French Quarter. Good place to hold a small conference (didn?t notice if there was room for larger conferences). The room was nice enough and the service was friendly.

Horrible
We were guaranteed by travel website to have a superior balcony room upgrade (not based upon availability). When we checked in, the hotel said the free upgrade was based upon availability and no rooms were available. We got stuck in a room so small...
