Omni Richmond Hotel

We love this hotel. The staff is exemplary, the Club Level services are terrific, the rooms are beautifully furnished and outfitted. The restaurant and the bar areas are welcoming and the perks of membership are just wonderful.

This hotel made me feel practical: I felt as if my choice of their hotel was the right one because of the location and the services. That is practical in my opinion.

The Omni hotel has beautiful clean linens and good smelling rooms. The staff is extra friendly and they help when needed. The water costs five dollars in the room!

This hotel made me feel content: The room was neat and clean. Nothing was dirty or out of place.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the attendant at the front desk was very helpful. Check-in and out were quite easy. There was no hot tub.

This hotel made me feel excited: The hotel was clean and elegant with an excellent view of downtown. It was located within a very convenient walk to where I was going that night.

The people are customer friendly and very helpful. The staff makes a concerted effort to remember my name every time I visit. That makes me feel welcomed. However, the menu for room service has not changed since the first time I stayed there twelve months ago. A lot of my work requires working from my room and the room service needs to be stellar. It is good food but there seems to be an issue with upgrading their menu.

The rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The decor was very luxurious. The atmosphere and the staff provided the ambience for sophistication.
