The concierge and bell staff were very rude, condescending, and were overall very disappointing in the service they 'provided' us. In a hotel such as the Omni, we expected to get a certain level of service, but we did not feel that we got that.

The only comment have is that the directions they gave were inaccurate. We got lost and had to call Onstar!
