It was a great hotel. I have stayed a few times before. It was always good.

The stay was lovely and historic.

My room was elegant and comfortable. The staff was a great help getting me settled.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The hotel was lush. My room was well appointed and the facilities were well taken care of.

Recently my wedding out of town guests stayed at the Omni Parker House in Boston, MA. The rooms have excellent views of the city of Boston. Bedding is colorful and the sheets are 300 cotton thread and higher. They have luxurious wall paintings in each room. There are plenty of rooms to suite your needs from multi room suites and several rooms that have multi rooms.

The staff is very nice and well mannered and well dressed. If you need anything they are just a phone call away. The bathroom towels were super white and fluffy and plenty of them. The bathroom counters were generously filled with full sized products all top named brands not little trial size items. They had a large TV with cable, plus high speed internet access. Lots of security and hallways were well lit. Room service is prompt and fast. All workers were crisp clean uniforms and a pleasure to serve your every need.

It was a very nice stay. I wished they had better parking facilities.

The internet connection was not working in the hotel for the first two days of my stay which, since I was traveling on business, it was a huge inconvenience. The hotel staff was not able to provide an estimated time for the work to be finished and they did not have any solutions.

It is located in the heart of Boston. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. The staff is friendly and efficient, and goes out of their way to serve and please. The concierge has plenty of suggestions and advice for great things to see and do.

My experience at the Omni Parker House was exceptional. The staff was more than friendly and helpful on my first trip to Boston. The location is perfect and near everything to see, with the hotel staff providing all the information I needed. The restaurant and room service were efficient, fairly priced and of the highest quality. I would recommend anyone going to Boston to enhance their experience with a stay at the Omni Parker House.

This is a fantastic, well-located property.

I was there once before for a work function and that's how I chose the hotel. Plus. it was right next to the common for the first night.

This hotel is in a great location. The wonderful doorman and front desk staff helped us get a cab to the airport in a blizzard.

It was very nice - the hotel was beautifully decorated. I stayed the night because my office was having its holiday party there, and the price was very reasonable. The prices for the items in the hospitality bar and basket were exorbitant. My husband and I were going to have breakfast in the restaurant but we were wearing jeans so we weren't sure if that was appropriate attire. The location is excellent as there are two major T stations within easy walking distance, but if you want snacks in your room I would recommend buying them before you get to the hotel.

Beautiful historic hotel with spacious comfortable rooms in a nice area near the Freedom Trail.

Unfortunately the service was the worst I'd ever come across when it came to checking in and requests for information.

This is a nice Hotel and it's in a great location. The room was very nice -- comfortable and spacious. The food was great -- I used room service. The hotel staff was friendly.
