The hotel is nice but overrated, as the prices are ridiculously high. The food was not good in the restaurants. The pool area was excellent and the golf course was great. However, too few people spoke English. The concierge was not informed and gave wrong info. The parking fees were ridiculous. the rates were too high compared to other hotels in the area.

The location was only convenient if you had a car or used the shuttle, otherwise it was fine. The room was very comfortable. The restaurants were good. The pool was nice. But the shuttle to Disney parks was not always reliable.

This is a beautiful property and very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It's great for families, and it has wonderful pools.

I enjoyed the stay. It is a nice hotel but a little far out there. Right now they are in a dark spot relating to maps online. We used MapQuest and got totally confused. Travelers should ask the front desk, they know where they are. Overall, I would stay there again.
