Nestled in the heart of downtown New Haven, The Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale basks in a city which combines New England appeal with contemporary culture. Just two blocks from Yale University and across from the New Haven Green, the hotel is within walking distance to a fine selection of museums, shops, quaint boutiques and restaurants. The gateway between New York and Boston, the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale has been rated the best hotel in New Haven five years in a row. Connecticut magazine has voted Galileo's the best restaurant. The staff is well-versed in the selection of special amenities for VIP guests and would be happy to make customized arrangements prior to arrival.

This is absolutely the best hotel in New Haven. A minor bathroom problem was attended to promptly. It was excellent all around, but overly expensive.
The front desk staff, the bellmen, the car park staff and all the service people at the hotel were bright, cheerful, enthusiastic, responsive and competent.

to return to the Omni New Haven Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is a great hotel and great surroundings. I would return to see more of New Haven and I would definitely stay there again.
