This hotel has undergone management, construction and operational changes that make this hotel one of the best Omni hotels in the chain. I just stayed at the Omni Berkshire in NYC and it was a huge disappointment compared to the New Haven location.

73 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

This is absolutely the best hotel in New Haven. A minor bathroom problem was attended to promptly. It was excellent all around, but overly expensive.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff, the bellmen, the car park staff and all the service people at the hotel were bright, cheerful, enthusiastic, responsive and competent.

I am very likely to return to the Omni New Haven Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is good that it is close to Yale. They had nice snacks in the lobby. The hotel had a good atmosphere.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Omni New Haven Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

It is a very high quality hotel that is warm and inviting. I truly enjoyed my stay there.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They were very welcoming and the people were nice.

I am very likely to return to the Omni New Haven Hotel.

It is a great hotel and great surroundings. I would return to see more of New Haven and I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was just a very nice experience with qualified staff from the moment the valet took the car to the porter with our bags. There seemed to be nothing but polite, clean, quiet efficiency surrounding us.

I am very likely to return to the Omni New Haven Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
