The Mandalay is like an oasis in the middle of the busy Las Colinas business park. Antiques from Burma are placed throughout the hotel. The hotel is located on the beautiful Mandalay Canal that features benches and tables for the guest to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. A leisurely stroll through the gardens of the hotel and continuing down the canal, are old buildings that are reminiscent of old Venice. In the lobby a lounge filled with green plants and large windows offers a peaceful view of the canal that invites the guest to relax and enjoy.

The place was amazing for the price that they charge. They could have charged al ot more. It is quite beautiful and has all the extras you could ask for. The bed was amazing and I didn't want to get up.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful, very comfortable room.Nothing, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very attentive staff, large comfortable room with all of the amenities that one could expect from a four star restaurant.

Location.We had no hot water, room was by the ice machine which was annoying; terrible smell in bathroom, coffee too strong from room service. I would rather stay somewhere else. Maybe this was an isolated incident.

We were upgraded to a suite free of charge.The ice machine didn't work and it cost $6.99 per 15 minutes to connect to the internet. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. We hope to stay at the Mandalay more often.
