They did not give us a corner room, as we always request. We were incorrectly charged for parking.

All the staff was beyond compare with service -- from the bellhop escorting me to check in, to the head valet personally writing directions for me, to the well-mannered Town Car driver. The service was exceptional. The only problem I had was I left for morning to 3 or so p.m. and the room had still not been cleaned when I got back. They were right there when I called, but I did have to wait in the hall while they took care of it for about 30 minutes. Other than that, I had an excellent impression of Omni.

Even after refusing the bar key, the desk clerk still tried to give me one, which I refused to accept once again. Upon check-out there was a charge on my bill for the refreshment services, which I had to call the front desk to have removed. This forcefulness on the part of the desk clerk to try and get me to take the bar key was not appreciated and the carelessness in which the desk clerk charged me for refreshment services *$20.00* that I did not avail of was also not appreciated. I left feeling as if the Omni was just trying to run up my bill without any real concern for my wants or desires.

Great experience... I enjoyed the chance to relax and explore Los Angeles and then return to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I usually don't stay at hotels/motels that are above the budget level. This was a special trip with my son and I enjoyed the hotel and how it made me feel. Plus there were guests there from many countries which I like, it adds to the atmosphere.

The rooms were smaller than I expected.

This hotel made me feel content: I felt like I was getting my money's worth.

I never stayed in an actual hotel before and that will be my last stay. My husband and I did not like having to hand out $5 and $10 bills every time someone did something for us. We spent more tipping people than on anything else.

This hotel made me feel elegant: All the people working there were always friendly and taking the extra time to greet, talk and listen. When asking for directions, they went the extra mile. We used their limo for transportation to our business and they were especially pleasant.

We felt uncomfortable with all the hotel staff wanting tips for everything. The desk was not helpful when the phone in the room didn't work. I was glad to leave.
