This hotel made me feel important: The staff was always kind and helpful regardless of my appearance at the time (returning from a run, waking or going off to work). The waiters and waitresses at the restaurant were prompt, polite and attentive.

Everyone was super nice and responded quickly in providing good service. They were also very helpful in providing information about Jacksonville businesses and recreation.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I tipped more than I should have.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They offered valet parking, and asked if I needed help carrying the luggage to my room.

This hotel made me feel excited: I went to the Omni to watch the Georgia-Florida football game and the Omni had representatives of different walks there. Plus, they have a great staff.

There was an instance with a female friend where a male hit her without cause and the hotel was not extremely accommodating to her wishes regarding his removal or room changes. The policeman on duty, however, was very helpful and very kind.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It was Florida-Georgia weekend, and the Omni Hotel always had a buzzing crowd in the lobby. It was full of events and there were entertaining things to do and see.

It was not as nice as I'd expected (considering the price).

It was supposed to an executive suite over 700 square feet--it was actually a corner with a stairwell cut out of the room. It was disappointing, but what can one do at seven in the evening?

This hotel made me feel pampered: Every need was addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The staff was more than helpful and very courteous and friendly.
