This is a very nice Hotel but I was not impressed with the dishonesty of the female front desk clerk on 10/24/08. I had fallen by the elevators on the ground floor because of a broken tile. When I reported it to the front desk the clerk showed no...

Excellent
We went on Sept 26th 2006, and we enjoyed ourselves very much, and it was wonderful we will eventually go back. the service is wonderful and the hospitality fantastic. The spa resort relaxing.
Posh but a bit much for my budget

Excellent
Clean rooms (small though) and a great hotel lobby etc. The cost of food and bar items was over the top for a medium sized budget. A coctail was over $6.00 during happy hour. We ended up retreating to our rooms after a short visit to the liquor...
28 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The only problem we had was the TV remote did not work but it was fixed quickly.
The hotel was more than we expected. I have never stayed at a hotel where they treated their guests with so much respect. I really enjoyed the taxi service that they provided. The heated pool was also a delight. The best part about the trip was the spa. This was great.
I am very likely
to return to the Omni Interlocken Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
