I loved my stay here. The bellhop service was really good. The employees were very friendly.

It was a very enjoyable stay. It was our first time at an OMNI and we will go back.

The front desk was slow at check-in. They didn't provide information when asked, and often ignored patrons waiting at the desk. The rooms, though, were nice and kept clean. The pool was very small and closed early in the evening.

My stay was great. The room service was very good. I had a great view. The food was good. The room was very nice. My stay there was excellent.

My stay was generally a pleasant experience. The beds were not comfortable, but there were lots of things to do close by.

It was a little hard to find/navigate through the one-way streets in Atlanta. The $20 per day parking was a surprise. I liked the free high-speed Internet.

It's a great conference hotel but the layout is confusing when looking for your meeting room. The room I was in was spacious with a balcony facing the Atrium, which was nice. However it had a stained carpet and not enough lighting.

The Omni Hotel in Atlanta has everything you could need if you are attending a concert or sporting event. You never have to leave your building.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The valet parking and bellhops were a new experience for me.

I like this hotel because of its location (conveniently close to Phillip's Arena). I dislike this hotel because the staff members were unpleasant, inconsiderate, and unknowledgeable.

Great hotel with great service, I like the stylish wood and the piano in the ballroom, the rooms are excellent and the employees are very friendly. I like that it is connected to the CNN headquarters and that you can look to the centennial park from your window. The location is excellent very close to the georgia aquarium and to the botanical gardens and the coca cola world. You have a lot of very nice restaurants next to it, like Asios and dailye's althought the daileys is a bit expensive but excellent food. The hotel has also excellent food and a lot of parking spaces. I will definitely go back to this hotel or any hotel that have the same chain.

The hotel's location was most convenient for the meeting. The service was gracious and friendly, especially the concierge in the VIP lounge. I would recommend the hotel to anybody having business in downtown Atlanta or planning to visit CNN, the new aquarium, or other sites.
