Omni Dallas Hotel Park West

Our party had reserved at least 12 rooms in advance for the family of the Bride and Groom. There were issues with incorrect charges for some of the guests. My room was charged $60.00 for room service even though I never received room service.

The night manager needs to take some ettiquite lessons and should probably find a new job where he doesnt have to cater to the public. He made the Bride of our wedding party cry. He was very disrespectful and acted as if she was a criminal when she just wanted her car keys. The valet lost the Bride and Groom's car keys and couldnt figure out where their bags were supposed to go. They refused to contact another member of the Bridal party who could come to the lobby to try to help alleviate a bad situation.

We will never go back. It was a beautiful hotel and the day staff was excellent, but the night staff RUINED a FAIRY TALE DAY!!!!

When I got to my assigned room, it was already occupied. I was given another room. About 3 hours later, someone from room service knocked on the door. I stated that I had not ordered room service. He was very insistent that I open the door. If other guests had not been nearby in the hall, I would not have answered the door. When I did, he had a large tray of crackers, cheeses and fruit compliments of the hotel. As a female traveling alone, someone from the front desk should have called to say it was on the way. I was there for a reunion and we had a banquet one evening. The wait staff was rude and impatient. The bellman asked if I needed help with my bags. When I had not received them 30 minutes later, I went down to the lobby. They were sitting on a cart while he unloaded several cars. I took the bags upstairs myself. The express check out instructions were incorrect and confusing. The bed was quite comfortable. As a former resident of Dallas, I found the central location quite good. The parking garage seems like an after thought. I worked at a hotel in Las Vegas for several years and the service I received at the Omni did not compare.

It is a very nice hotel, with a friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

I thought the hotel was very professional, comfortable and efficient.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Everything was available with a phone call.

Everything was as expected and my stay was quite pleasant.
