I have no complaints about the hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

We arrived hoping to find a nice but inexpensive place to stay and we were surprised that the price was not too expensive. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a nice, clean hotel with pool and good location.

This is a great hotel with a great location downtown on the Bay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel restaurant was very slow but the bar was a great place to waste time waiting. This hotel is expensive but great if you can afford it.

The hotel was good, but hot water was not available -- so I had to move to a different room.

I expected the staff to be a lot more friendly, but the front desk people wouldn't greet anyone. Nobody smiled. One gentleman asked a question and the lady wouldn't even look up to answer the question. There was a long wait for check-in. I would have liked a 'Someone will be right with you.' I usually spend a lot less for a hotel room, I don't know where the extra money went. Also, my bed had a bad urine odor, all they did was change the sheets, gross!

My stay at Omni Bayfront Hotel was a disaster. I was billed for too many nights, stranded in an elevator, and lots of other little things that made for a bad experience.
