This was my 4th visit to Chicago, and I've stayed at the Palmer House Hilton, Westin on Michigan, Westin on the River, and now at the Omni. The Omni was by far my favorite. I signed up to be a preferred guest, and the tea & water, as well as newspaper delivered to my door in the morning was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the staff (doorman, reception area, etc) were all wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here. The only reason I didn't give a 10/10 was the high cost of valet parking ($43 per night).
