Excellent
We stayed 4 nights at the Omni.Location is perfect. Service was above and beyond! Beautiful large suite. Very Clean! We have stayed at many hotels in Chicago, this was by far the best ever!!!!Plan on going back in Sept. I would recommend this hotel...
24 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The quality was outstanding for the location. It has a very friendly and helpful staff. They were also very knowledgeable about things around the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean, well-staffed, and had friendly service.
