I took my boyfriend for his birthday in December '08. We had an amazing time and the Omni was definitely a great choice. I agonized for weeks about which hotel to stay at (it always seemed that just as I was about to pick one, a really negative...

Okay
I am not a complete clean freak, but expect when I check into an all suite hotel, where I paid to be upgraded to have the room clean upon checking in. The desk glass top was dirty with crumbs and a drinking glass had sticky smudges on it. I took...

Excellent
The Omni is always great. The rooms are big and nice, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. The 676 restaurant/bar in the hotel is awesome too. Only hotel I will ever stay at in Chicago.

On my first visit to Chicago, couldn't have asked for a better hotel. This property is an all suite hotel, which gives you plenty of room. Location is right on Michigan Avenue, and is two blocks from the red line subway station. Staff was right...

Paying for the location in this area in Chicago. Nice hotel....but for the money I wasn't totally impressed. We got snowed in leaving Chicago and stayed in a (newer) Hampton Inn in Aurora, IL.....and it was in a lot better shape and the...

The location was great and the staff was helpful even though our plane was delayed and we arrived late in the evening. The staff also provided us some suggestions for dining and tourist attractions.
The atmosphere created by the staff excited me for my first trip to Chicago.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Omni Chicago Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was perfect on the Magnificent Mile. The beds were pretty comfortable. The view was not that great from the room. The prices were kind of high. Overall I would rate the hotel three out of five stars. I believe hotels in Mexico are much nicer.
I am not likely
to return to the Omni Chicago Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.
