Some reviews stated "not worth the price". Well ok, but what your paying for is location, and this place couldn't be located in a better place. While there are a couple of hotels that are less expensive, none put you right on the MALL like the Omni. ...

27 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I work in hotels, so when I enter them, it is very hard for me not to pick them apart. The front desk agent was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean but a bit cool. The pillows were, in fact, too dense, however the down mattress pad helped a lot. We were in town for a wedding reception held there at the Omni. The wedding coordinator there was excellent! We had trouble originally making reservations, and she helped us out and also sent a little snack to the room a little later for our troubles. The event was beautiful! The wedding coodinator was running around with the bride and family most of the night assisting them so I never got to tell her how grateful I was for her assistance.
