An excellent value in NYC. Well located for theater, shopping, museums, etc. And spotlessly clean and well maintained. Service is excellent. We stay there regularly and will continue to do so.

The location was excellent. The bed was not as comfortable as expected and the bath mat did not have rubber backing.
The staff properly greeted us, welcoming us back and they thanked us for choosing the Omni hotel upon our leaving. We were helped with restaurants and other requests. The staff was not surly with me or any of my guests.

We had a bad experience with our original hotel so we booked in at the Omni on short notice. We loved everything. The location is fabulous, the staff are polite and attentive. We were with our 12 year old son and another couple with their 12 year old son, we went to a couple hockey games and did some shopping. The staff joked with the boys about hockey and always called them by name when they entered the hotel- they loved it. The concierge was helpful whenever we needed anything. The beds were so comfy and a cot was brought in for the kids. Nothing bad to say about this place. Great location and service for the price.

The doorman promplly brought our luggage to the front desk nad returned to his post, I had to find him to tip him. Our reservations were in order and our room available at noon. The room was spacious with a king bed.dresser/wardrobe, large bathroom...

making anniverseries wonderful. We stayed here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversery, the hotel was under major construdtion at the time BUT it was well desguised!The trip was as grand as the day we married!
