I wish the hotel had been closer by a block or so to the theater district, given some windy weather. Overall, it was excellent accommodations and an excellent staff. Ask up front if they can provide you a coffee maker in the room, though. Valet parking was excellent, it cost maybe another eight dollars per day, but well worth it. The car was there within less than ten minutes of my calling, parked right in front. It's a great hotel. It has a really terrific location for shopping, museums, the park, theater, and restaurants. None of these was more than a ten to twelve minute walk.

This hotel made me feel inspired: Everything was orderly, spotless, quiet, and efficient. Even in the busy district, Madison Avenue runs alongside the hotel. It gave us all a lift to know that peace can be had even amid seeming chaos. It gave a wonderful picture of a true New York City experience.

It is charming, well located, friendly, intimate, accommodating. It is truly a favorite place to stay!

This hotel made me feel respected: I am graciously greeted, I am given special rates and room upgrades if available and they give nice attention to detail. They are sophisticated yet friendly.

We stayed in the Omni Berkshire Place in October and loved it. The staff was attentive to our every need and we were so close to many of the places we wanted to be: Times Square, 5th Avenue, and much more. Sign up for the Select Guest program and they will deliver complimentary coffee or juice to your room (which is big by New York standards) each morning which we loved. We have stayed there several times and plan to return on future trips.

The place is clean, very conveniently located. It is a comfortable hotel with reasonable prices. The soundproofing between rooms is poor.

We enjoyed our stay and we would tell our friends to stay there. The hotel is comfortable and luxurious.

We stayed here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversery, the hotel was under major construdtion at the time BUT it was well desguised!The trip was as grand as the day we married! I like their frequent guest program and perks.

The location is centered right in the heart of Manhattan, very accesible to main tourist activities, dining and entertainment. This is a very classy, luxurious complex that offers excellent quality. The rooms are beautiful, service is prompt. Small touches make all the difference, such as the towels folded in swan shapes, chocolates on the pillows and various beauty products randing from conditionner to mouthwash.

Very practical.

Visitors should not feel bothered to ask for accomodations, special packages and discounts for children are available too.

It's a lovely hotel, in a nice location, and with a wonderful staff.

It has a superb location, an outstanding concierge staff, and has comfortable, well-maintained and pleasantly furnished rooms (somewhat larger than standard Manhattan hotel room). I heard relatively little noise from the street and hallway. All in all, it's a fine value. I have two complaints: (1) there was an unexpected snafu at checkout, which took longer to straighten out than I thought it should have, and (2) our neighbor's room service tray with dishes was in the hallway when we arrived at about 6 PM and was still there at 10 AM the next morning when I brought it to the attention of the front desk.

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had a really nice bar/restaurant that had live entertainment, good food and drinks.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The doorman went over and above his call of duty, welcoming me back each time I went out. He even gave me a key ring when went home (after getting me a cab).

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were wonderful. The bathroom, especially the bathtubs, were so relaxing! It was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay in!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Yes they treat me and my guest like VIPs.
