The room and hotel were not as nice as expected. Catering and accommodations for the conference were good.

This is my favorite hotel in Austin, I stay there whenever I travel to the city. I enjoy the excellent location, service and amenities.

This is a beautiful hotel that is centrally located. The restaurant was excellent, as was the service. I would definitely stay there again and was very happy with my room and the general feel of the hotel. I loved it.

I love this hotel! We have been going there for many years! I love the great location, great service, and outstanding quality!

I loved the glass elevators and the huge atrium in the lobby. It was very elegant and comfortable. The hotel is located two blocks from 6th street, which was also very convenient.

The hotel was okay, but not what I was expecting in terms of quality. Our shower just shut off about 5 minutes into the shower and wouldn't come back on, so I needed to rinse my hair in the sink in cold water. We called ahead and requested specific accommodations (non-smoking, king room) and were offered a smoking, double room when we arrived. I have high expectations for the Omni chain, and they were not met.

This hotel is in a pretty good location. The staff was okay, but they didn't do any of my preferred guest items.

Omni employees were very friendly. The view was beautiful inside the hotel and out. The location was very convenient to my conference as well as leisure activities.

Their hospitality was wonderful.

This is such an odd hotel! It's in a V-shaped building, half of which is the hotel, and half of which is a business tower. I couldn't get used to looking out my window & seeing people working.

The staff was nice but they seemed disorganized. Also, despite the fact that I'm an Omni Preferred Guest (or whatever their Frequent Guest program is called), I had to call every single morning for the complimentary newspaper & coffee that I was supposed to receive. Why offer this program (every nite I filled out the little check-chedk & hung it on my door) if it's not going to be fulfilled?

I've stayed at many other Omnis and really enjoyed the experience, but I will never book myself or clients here again!

It's one of my favorite hotels. It compares with the Four Seasons and the Continental, but at a lower price point.

This hotel made me feel secure: It's a solid hotel chain with front lobby staff, concierge and bellhops.

It did not have grab bars in the bath and there was no slip-proof coating in the tub. The tub was so slick I had to place a towel at the bottom in order to take shower. It made me somewhat nervous.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had people greeting you every time you drove in the hotel. The staff opened doors for you and generally made you feel welcome.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was warm and inviting.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was clean and orderly. They had heavy bedspreads, a TV center, plenty of drawer and closet space, and robes.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It is a very classy place.
