Omni Austin Hotel Downtown

I stay at the Omni Austin hotel every two years for three or four nights. They treat me excellent and I will keep returning. They are excellent in everything except food.

The hotel was beautiful. I was given an upgrade. The service and the food were fabulous. The staff met my needs and they were very attentive.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There was a special celebrity poker game in the lobby. I got to see and speak to a number of famous people.

My stay at the Omni hotel was fine. As a long time user of their hotel chain I always look to stay with their chain. Their customer service is top notch and their hotels are exceptional in design and comfort.

I practically lived here for the past month, and it was overall a great experience. On two separate occasions, I got a certificate for a free weekend stay along with a plate of fruit and crackers and a free in-room movie.

The location downtown is ideal; within 5 minutes walking distance of excellent dining and nightlife. I had a room on the executive floor for the first week, which included free breakfast and happy hour. Room service was quick and the staff was very friendly. The decor was gorgeous. The fitness room was well equipped, although I got my exercise by exploring downtown.

My only complaint was that they didn't have vacancy for the entire length of my stay.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean and the pool on top had a great view.
