Excellent
They reduced my cost due to being a senior - age 66 - and upgraded my room, to be with the others in my party! The staff were friendly and efficient - very professional. The hotel immaculate. This Marriott equaled the Marriott World Center that I ...

The restaurant staff were very accomodating on one recent trip. We had a 9:45pm reservation (restaurant closes at 10p) but called ahead to cancel when it was clear we'd not get in until at least 10:30p. When we arrived (more like 10:45p), the front desk let us know our table was waiting! And to our surprise, there in the restaurant, among all the tables set casually for the next day's breakfast, was a formally arranged dinner table for our team. They kept the kitchen open just for us. We really appreciated their hospitality.
One thing to seek are the rooms facing the pool or Regent Street side. Facing the freeway can be loud as some rooms' windows don't quite seal perfectly. Otherwise a solid business hotel.

The personnel was very helpful and accommodating, friendly, they went beyond to give us directions to restaurants, even taking us to a restaurant because it was raining.
They had good locks on the doors. The halls were well lit. The windows were facing the roadway.
I am very likely
to return to the Omaha Marriott.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We had a grandchild with head trauma that had to be flown from our home town three hundred miles away. All of our family, three daughters with husbands met in Omaha. We had been up over twenty-four hours and all had experienced some extreme emotional stress. With the College Worlds Series in progress, no rooms were to be found at five thirty a.m. One of our daughters remembered a Schwann's Christmas party held at the Marriott. She called Marriott and a young man found three rooms for us. We will always consider Marriott. In fact, the mother of our now recovered grandchild just stayed at a Marriott in Denver, Colorado. We appreciated the concern and care given us at the Omaha Marriott. They had great service, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice atmosphere.
We encountered concerned, focused, friendly, and sharply dressed staff.
I am very likely
to return to the Omaha Marriott.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
