The firs phase of this impeccably designed development features three low-rise buildings incorporating studio apartments and one, two, and three bedroom units which range in size from 800-2400 sq. ft. 30 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This is a nice place, it’s near Yacht Harbor and close enough to beaches which were like no other in the world. I could have stayed at Spring Bay the entire trip, it was amazing and it was nice to come back to Olde Yard since it had a/c, a comfy living area, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the nice extras and cable TV. You get quite exhausted from the sun, so it is nice to collapse when you come home. It’s a great price when comparing it their neighbor, Little Dix Bay.
