This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was courteous, asking if we wanted tea during tea time, asking if the room was okay. The only dislike was my room was over an open courtyard and they had happy hour for dogs, which entailed barking, etc., until about 9:00 p.m.

Excellent customer service. We had an infant with us on the trip and they attended to our needs quickly, efficiently and with a friendly, cooperative attitude.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff attended to our needs quickly and efficiently.
