Welcome to Old Chicago Inn. We invite you to come stay in one of our upcoming theme rooms (Wrigley Field, Marshall Field, Navy Pier, Water Tower)in our turn of the century Greystone located in the heart of Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. Come and relive a part of Chicago's old history, sleep in a Prohibition-era bedroom, take one of the city's many informational tours such as the Chicago Architecture Boat tour or Trader Todd's Tiki Tours customized to the visitor's desire. We feature a Continental Breakfast and a Lunch or Dinner Voucher at Trader Todd's located two doors south. Or just relax in our lounge, meet new friends, read a book, call friends or family from our Vintage Telephone Booth toll-free. And you can probably twist our arm to bring your 25 pound or less pooch.

My room was tiny, but charming, with shared bathroom in the hallway. Cleaness could get better, but the people are very nice. Next to a very noisy crossroad, though, and also the walls very thin - could hear and understand everything my neighbours

The accomodations are lovely, you receive food vouchers for Trader Todd`s Bar/Resturant, located near Cubs Stadium, the redline rail service is easy access. The host is very personable and I would highly reccomend staying there.

The Old Chicago Inn provides a place of quiet retreat near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Rooms are small, but quiet and private. Rooms do need some place to hang clothes and towels.

Inn and rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. The Inn is conveniently located one block from an 'el' stop with brown, red, blue trains. We felt like we were part of the neighborhood, and would stay here...

Great location (just above Boy's Town) and great eateries close by. Room was a little small but I wasn't in the room that much. Also floors were creaky so not sure how much noise I made for the other guests. Cool old 1920s phone in the main lobby ...
