Mediocre
I wasn't going to rate this hotel, thinking that our experience had to be a one time thing, but seeing another review of the dirty rooms, I see it wasn't......

Excellent
This was a great hotel! I was only in town for one night for a funeral, but i could have lived there a whole lot longer than that! Staff was extremeny friendly, and the room was very clean. The only thing I don't recommend is to go to Beverlies...
43 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I arrived on a business trip at the hotel. When I pulled down the sheets the part of the sheet tucked under the mattress was wet. When I lifted the mattress it was wet underneath along with the bed skirt. I was moved to another room but then my company was billed for the first room and I was billed for the room I was moved to and over two weeks later I have not rec'd my refund. Houskeeping should have replaced the mattress or not had given that room to anyone to stay in. If the side of the sheet was not wet I would not have known the other side of the mattress was wet. That is very poor service for a hotel.

I was in Oklahoma City on business and had arrangements at this hotel. Everything worked out perfectly. The room was spacious, had a lovely professional decorum, large scenic windows and the bed was very, very comfortable! I dined at a in-hotel steak house which was also excellent! Fabulous hotel and I highly recommend!!!
