Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort

we were unlucky enough to be placed on a floor with prebubescebt teens on prom night. We were awaiken at about two AM by screaming/partying teenagers on our floor. We had to complain twice before anything was done. Prior to that, the kids were on our balcony partying and one of them even came into our room from the back door.

There was also construction going on at the hotel. Workers started there machine at 7:00 AM every morning.

Extra costs included: $8.00 parking each night. $3.00 surchage to bill to your room. $1.00 safe charge, $30.00 chair rental.

The hotel is extremely noisy with partying kids and or weddings. Trying to sleep as they return from their events is impossible. Despite complaining, the noise continued only to be woken by security and then again by workers doing maintenaince in the morning. The balcony is shared and there is NO privacy. The hotel may be inexpensive but the ammenities are costly. $35 for an umbrella at the pool. $3 to charge something to your room. 8$ to park your car whether you use valet or not. and even a cost for the safe in your room. I would never stay there again.

I did not expect this for the price... People are great, good service, and even is not a 5 stars hotel, it is a great place.

I did not like the noise from the other guests. Everything else was fine.

We received the trip free, so it was not bad for that. However, it was not clean and the service was pretty bad. We requested a crib before we arrived, then, when we arrived, it was unavailable and it took them a long time to find one for us and their attitude was not very friendly. It felt more like a motel than a resort.
