Excellent resort. People are friendly and helpful. I don't understand some of the negative comments other people have been writing about this resort. The staff! Respect and courtesy .

Horrible
The resort was old and run down, but clean. The staff at the restaurant was HORRIBLE at best. The manager of the resort was rude, arrogant and treated our family awful. I was appalled, disappointed and he ruined our vacation. I have never been...

We loved Ocean Reef.
From the people to our room everything was just very nice and special. The staff was extremely attentive and warm. We loved Olive and Cindy and Shimron in the Restaurant.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT THEY MAKE YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME, CANT WAIT TO GO BACK.
