Great location and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is in dire need of updating. Rooms with uncompleted wall patches, TVs that are so ancient they don't have jacks to let kids use playstation or even play a dvd (which is essential when it rains), new carpet and bedding. Full kitchens need small dishwasher, air conditioner cover rusted and falling off. Would be nice to have snack bar for kids when they get off the beach or out of the pool.

The location was great and the staff seemed very helpful. It was nice to have a clean room every day but the hotel is in dire need of updates and sprucing up. The patched holes in the wall, the air conditioner cover was rusted and falling off, the tv set was so ancient that the kids could not even hook up playstation much less have a dvd that the kids can watch during the rain showers. The full kitchen had no dishwasher!! Clean carpet that doesn't smell like cigarette smoke would be nice. Maybe a snack bar for the kids to grab something while at the pool or on the way back from the beach.

The hotel is a dump!!! The air did not work, room stinched of mildew, the elevator took too lon got come and for the doors to open (me and daughter paniced and chose to walk 9 flights of stairs the remainder of the weekend). The bathroom wood work...

My family of 6 (four adults, two children) ended up staying @ Ocean Park Resort after having a BAD experience w/a local rental company. We happened upon Ocean Park's website in a hurried state to find a place to stay since we were already 4+ hours...
Overall good hotel for the money! Great views!
