35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
During our stay my wife had become ill at a restaurant and had to be rushed to the emergency room and admitted to the hospital.
When the manager found out the situation he immediately upgraded my room and extended my reservation without haste. This was Super Bowl weekend, and he managed to get me a room on the beach free of charge. I can’t say enough about the staff, they are wonderful.
I am actually going to buy a condo in their building just because of the way we were treated.

Horrible
I lost half of my money booking with this hotel. Windows are broken and tinted. Staff not friendly, I waited at the front desk for awhile before I decided to grab the staffs attention. Definitely not 3 star, maybe 20 years ago.

My mother and aunt came to stay for a weekend we booked a 2 bedroom suite This was one of the new rooms that was just re-done so the suite itself was nice, over looking the ocean. They also just re-modeled the tiki bar out back by the pool, great...

Rate for this 1 star hotel should be no more than 50/night. Airconditioner loud and old could not keep up even in late september weather, Paint smell in hallways. Checked in for 4 nights and key was only keyed for one night. No maid that day and ...

This was the worst experience ever. The desk clerks were rude. They put us in a dirty room and then transferred us to a "better" room with bed bugs. The restaurant was dirty. We left after the first night.

This was a terrible experience. Management refused to see me for three days in a row. I contacted the Ft. Lauderdale police and they were there twice. The valet damaged my car and hotel refused to accept any responsibility over $600 damage. The elevators were last inspected in 2004, and the place was a total fire hazard. The staff was very rude and made zero efforts to resolve problems. This was very disappointing as this was our 13 year anniversary. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Don't stay here, but if you insist, do not let them park your car.

There are added fees and valet parking only at the Hotel. The air conditioning does not work well. The patio door does not lock. They provide you with a coffee pot but no coffee. The air conditioner next door is louder than the ocean, etc...

As a hotel/condo/time share, the unit needed some more work (peeling paint, some mold on door, not enough outlets or lamps able to be plugged in). Location is nice, pool is great, food is good. Attitude at front desk needs improvement. No bellhop...
