To say that this hotel was a dumb is an understatement! We stood in line for 30 minutes before we were checked in. Our reservations were completely wrong. When we asked for a manager, we were told there was not one available. We we finally saw our...
45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
But the condo we stayed in was not good at all. We were led to believe it was better than it was and the owner was uncaring when we contacted him. Don't order the Mahi Mahi fingers at the Tiki hut, my husband was sick for two days of our vacation from eating them. Don't expect to take your cooler to the beach or bring your own drinks to the pool area, they prohibit both and even have a security guard watching. The employees of the Tiki hut will stop you if you are carrying a drink not purchased there, no matter what color cup you put it in. I won't be staying at Ocean Manor ever again, it was way too inconvenient for me.

46 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I recently booked a stay at the Ocean Manor Beach Resort in Lauderdale-By the Sea. After checking in I could not have been more disappointed in my choice. The rooms were dirty, chipped or unpainted walls, and the smell of mildew was just unbelievable. I am still wondering where they got the pictures they posted on their web site. There sure were not any of the three rooms that I was switched to before demanding my money back and leaving to find a clean place to stay.
