Horrible
I arrived early in the afternoon to check in early but was denied. Asked if I could leave my bags there, but denied. Asked if I could complete the paperwork early, but was told that the room is guaranteed and pre-paid, so there is nothing to fill...

There is not a kitchenette in every room. Our room was not as updated as my in-laws. There is not fresh fruit in the continental breakfast. Only danishs in packages and toast.

Looks close to beach on map but access is a 15 min hike, Beacons is a better beach than Grandview. Eat at Le Papagayo about 6 blocks south on 101, awesome breakfast! Rooms were clean and large, service is ok, if you wake early and want coffee bring ...

Our room was clean and newly remodeled. However, the bed could have been softer. I felt like I was sleeping on a board, and that was not good for my pregnant body. The ceiling fans were a nice touch. I would recommend to people looking for a one ...

I loved the location on the main highway, rooms were a bit dated but over all clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful, found a jewel of an italian restaurant down the street. Beaches are not as close as stated unless your an experienced hiker.
