wonderful setting with mature oak and pine trees. Great beach and many shops and great rest. within walking distance. What a find. our first time there was June and returned in November.

2 nights and the resort itself was fairly nice. Older property, clean and servicable 2-3 star property. The real problem was that we left some items in our room and got the complete runaround trying to determine if anyone had found it. Left 4 VM over 3 days with the lost and found number with no call back. Talked to Housekeeping two days in a row and they said they would "Ask around to the maids", but I did not recieve a call back. No one plans to leave anything behind ,but it does happen and I know that I do not want to stay at place that has to "Ask around". Seems like at Ocean Creek if you leave something it will be taken. The final straw was talking to Assisant General Manager Julie who always calls back. Did not hear back from her so I had to call back. Once again told it could turn up, but I will not stay at or recommend a property that has no system for dealing with items left in the room.

We were overall very pleased with Ocean Creek Resort. We had a 1 bedroom condo with 1 1/2 baths. It was spacious with plenty of room for our 3 young children.

This was our 1st trip to Myrtle Beach and the wont be the last, Ocean Creek was great, rooms were great beach was great, will be back for sure! We stayed in the Villa's, a little walk to the beach but not too bad, next time we will try the towers...
72 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The wrong key was given at check in. They provided poor cleaning of the room every day of the stay, for one week. They failed to replace the soap and the shampoo. The towels were not replaced until the office was called. The carpet was not swept until the office was called on the third day of stay.
I am not likely
to return to the Ocean Creek Resort.
I would not recommend it to friends.
