This all-condominium resort is located 25 miles from Myrtle Beach and five miles from Barefoot Landing. All one- and two-bedroom units include kitchens with cooking utensils, sofa beds in separate living areas, and cable TV. Guests have access to two outdoor swimming pools, spa tub, and barbeque area. There are basketball and tennis courts on site.

63 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We drove for 10 hrs. thinking we had reserved an ocean front room, only to be placed in one of three rooms in the resort that does not even have an ocean view. We were told that was the only room available, even though the vacancy sign was on plus a banner was displayed advertising vacancy. It was very obvious the resort had many vacant ocean front rooms, but one could explain why we could not have one even though we had reserved it earlier (we thought).
The room we had was clean but old and rundown with a nice view of the parking lot. The employees were courteous, though not helpful. The manager evidently was too busy to be bothered with something so minor.
My hubby and I were not very impressed with the Peppertree. The rooms were fairly clean, however, towards the end of the week we had to kill several critters that had somehow made their way into our room. Our bed was rather stiff and uncomfortable....

Right on the beach, beautiful view, 2 nice outdoor pools, indoor pool, fun organized activities if you want to participate. Many amenities including fully equipped kitchen.

I love the location, this place is right where you want to be on vaction. The pools are great and the staff is amazing. I have been coming for 3 years and will continue.
Still the best pool deck on the ocean. Sure the rooms are dated, but for the price and convenience. It was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had a leaking toilet on next to last day and repaired within 20 minutes of phone call.
Have never been treated as well as I was at Peppertree. The room was way more than I could have imagined, it was a most impressive stay! I will certainly stay there again. Robert...
