I am a 28 y/o female who went on a vacation with my boyfriend- this hotel didn't have anything but a nice view. Had to goto the lobby- small with no tables to set up your laptop- heat didnt' work well and water/toilet made noise. Walls very thin as we had a family of 4 or 5 next to us.

Excellent views from the window. Our Suite was on 14th floor. No internet and when called the receptionist if we can get one, she with her accent unnecessarily shouted on us and was very rude.
We will not recommend anyone to stay...

35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husband and I were looking for a simple, romantic weekend getaway that wouldn't cost us a fortune. I wanted a hotel with a spectacular view and that's what this hotel has. I was most impressed with the friendly service and the location. I priced other hotels in the region and they were far more expensive.

Mediocre
I stayed here as part of a tour group and we must have been given the worst rooms. The wing we were in needed serious updating. The place was very noisy from room noise to water pipes. The beds are very hard. The heat was either too hot or not at...
48 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husbandand I went to Niagara Falls for our anniversary and just got back on Sat. 9-1-07. My first impression wasn't good because I wasn't greeted as I stood and waited for my turn to check in. 3 women behind the counter and only 1 was waiting on a customer ahead of me. Then, I had high expectations and found our room to be a "dump". The view out one window was the parking lot and the other was the hotels garbage dump and then I lost it and went in to the bathroom and cried after I saw a towel was missing and 1 was used and hair on the floor. Cigarette ashes were found on one side of the bed and a used Q-tip on the other side of the bed on the floor. My husband called the front desk with his concern over a distraught wife on their anniversary and they got us an upgraded suite. Very nice and ok view of the misty falls. Trees were blocking the view but it was still better than a pile of garbage bags. We also are an avid fitness couple and book hotels according to "fitness centers/rooms". The internets pictures show a beautiful view.
The room was on a busy ground floor traffic intersection and 3 pieces of exercise equipment where only 1 was 1/2 functional. The universal machine had unconnected cables and the step machine was the kind you had to use your own man-power to work, which was ok, but.....the handle bars to hold on wabbled severly back and forth. The stationary bike had no belt and wasn't worth the trouble. When we mentioned the disappointment in the "fitness room", our answer was, "It's under construction". They said with a smirk. I don't think I would recommend staying at this hotel.
One more thing...we are from Illinois, USA and I phoned the hotel to find out exactly what I needed to enter Canada. My answer was, "a photo ID".......I questioned ....... "that's all".......it would of been less nerve racking to have my birth certificate.
