I stayed there a few years back, while relocating, and they asked me to leave when they discovered I was disabled with a Service Dog. I refused so they withheld housekeeping and maintenance. They did not do so with the construction worker staying there with his pet dog...just me! I am currently moving again and tried to check in for the few weeks I needed to find a new place...I was remembered as the "disabled lady with a dog" and refused a room. When I pointed out the Federal Law that prohibits my being refused the room because of my Service Dog - I was told that "doesn't matter"!!! Apparently, U.S. Law does not exist/apply at Oak Mountain Lodge. Luckily, InTown Suites was available - and law abiding. Furthermore, the laundry room is not in a handy location, the parking lot is poorly planned, and there were always men loitering around, at night, drinking alcohol and making lewd comments when I passed by. I will never return.
