Local attractions, such as SeaWorld of Texas and Six Flags Fiesta Texas are easily accessible from this hotel. When guests come to check in at the beautiful lobby, they will find a friendly and helpful staff. The guest rooms are both quiet and comfortable. The onsite restaurant offers excellent food and room service is available. The Oak Hills Medical Center Hotel is convenient to fine dining, shopping and entertainment venues. This was a horrible place to stay. None of the airconditioning worked. They had us move rooms three times. Then none of the refridgerators or elevators worked in the hotel. The website said they had free continental breakfast, then you get there and they say do not have that any more. The managers reaction to everything is to turn his back on you and walk away from you. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

room, bedding, food were awful.. Hotel conditions were not what I expected. Linens were stained with blood, itchy and had holes. There was some type of black mold on the walls. And the breakfast was not good.

Stay Away, Motel 6 is a better class. I booked this hotel thru [...], in the reservation I noted that I would be a late arrival. I reserved a suite, and I had 6 people in my party, they gave me a double, and lied, or rather the clerk told me "human mistakes" and said I booked a double for one child and one adult. They did not offer a roll away bed, extra bedding nothing, quite rude and made it seem as if it was my fault. It was a complete run around the whole stay, and then they still charged me the suite rate for the double room that I was sleeping in. I would feel wrong if I did not say that they do offer comp breakfast to all guest, and that's basically where the amenities end.
I am not likely
to return to the Oak Hills Medical Center Hotel and Extended Stay.
I would not recommend it to friends.
