This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. Lets start with the $18.00 a day parking the was not informed to us until we arrived, then we were charged a $6.00 resort fee to ONE computer for the entire hotel. Then we went outside to the pool that was the size of a bathtub. When we went upstairs to our room it was not to our liking but we were not going to complain because it's weekend trip. We called down to the front desk to speak with costumer service( Red hair women, and another new empoyee) to ask for a air matress or a cot for a guest in or room. Both ladies stated that the hotel does not have them and we were told that if we wanted one we would have to go buy one. Our friend slept on the floor (Day One). Day two we went down stairs to eat and there was spit up all over the hallway. We inform the front desk and it took housekeeping 2 hours to clean it up. We want to bring our food upstairs to our room and we were told that we cant. Left the hotel at 11am and returned around 10pm to find our room still a mess. Housecleaning did not clean our room. We informed the front desked and they stated that housekeeping had gone for the day, when then asked for a wakeup call for 7am (Day Two). We wake up 8am because we did not receive our wake up call when we asked the front desk the Red Head stated "oh I saw the note but I thought someone else did it". We left the hotel around 12pm for lunch returned around 4pm room not cleaned again the cleaning cart was down the hallway with know housekeeper around we took the cart and put it in our room and tolds the front desk they would not get there cart back until they come and clean our room. They then cleaned our room no fitted sheets and dirty washcloths were left in our room. That night we walked down to the lobby and came across a room on the second floor that had 10 cots stored in there (Day Three). Next morning we asked to speak to the manager on duty, he was a joke he did nothing but sit on his butt and try to help someone else while we were speaking to him. We then spoke to the GM of the hotel who made excuses as to why his hotel is being managed like a piece of crap. He tried to put the blame on him not being able to fire anyone and bringing race into the conversation. We asked to be compensated for our terribled stay at his hotel and he stated we act like we were staying at the Wardorf. We then left the hotel only to be given one night free and two day resort fee free. NEVER AGAIN BAD REPRESENTATION OF NEW ORLEANS
