35 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We loved the feel of hotel since it was smaller and more antique looking. We thought the above the ground tub was amazing until the handle came off and water flooded the bathroom. No one answered the front desk phone and the font desk worker seemed less than concerned and was not very accommodating to our situation and did not keep us informed as to what was going on or when the mainanence man would arrive. After waiting 45 minutes the maintanence man finally arrived. I can say that next time I will be staying in a more well known hotel.

Staff, room, convenience.Liked all of it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were right there when you needed them. The hotel was very clean and easy to get to.

Good location out of the way from the big hotels.Parking was a pain. I needed a place to stay near the Convention Center and this was a good last minute choice it was clean and neat and a short distance to the Riverwalk.
