The hotel is excellent value and it has a friendly staff. It also has a great location. The rooms are large and well maintained.

I am very likely to return to the OHANA Islander Waikiki.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

75 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The location, comfort and service were excellent. The parking garage was being renovated, so the walk to and from the parking garage was difficult as I have PAD. I enjoyed my stay and the entire staff was very helpful. I have no advice for other tourists as I was born and grew up in Hawaii, Honolulu, to be specific.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The Security Personnel at the entry recognized me as a kama'aina and treated me with aloha.

I am very likely to return to the OHANA Islander Waikiki.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The value and location was excellent. The staff was great. The pool was under construction so I missed that.

This hotel made me feel important: I was greeted by name. The staff listened to requests for information.

I am very likely to return to the OHANA Islander Waikiki.

The location was good. The comfort and service were good. You had to check for pineapple shipments well in advance of departure.

This hotel made me feel content: The outside help, tour desk and parking were good.

I am somewhat likely to return to the OHANA Islander Waikiki.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
